สามารถ เปลี่ยน ไอซี Chip BGA , ได้ทุกชนิด เหมาะ สำหรับ งานผลิตงานซ่อม Mainboard ทุกชนิด Mainboard เครื่องจักร ต่างๆ เหมาะสำหรับหน่วยงานที่ต้องการทดสอบเรียนรู้งานด้าน  Rework เครื่องถอดชิพไอซี ถอดอุปกรณ์ลีดฟรีได้ดี ให้ความร้อนถึง 380 องศา มีชุดให้ความร้อนจากด้านล่างขึ้นมาและมีลมร้อนจากด้านบนเสริม และความร้อนด้านล่างแบบ IR Infrared คอยให้ความร้อนทั่ว PCB ป้องกันการโก่งตัวของ PCB รองรับตะกั่วแบบ (Lead fee)

Features:

※    With PLC user interface control, display actual temperature of three zone and a test temperature curve;

※    With three independent temperature zone control, upper and bottom main heater with hot air to heat, third zone with infrared to preheat;

※    The first and second temperature zone use excellent heating material, adjust hot air flow and temperature accurate and generate high temperature breeze, the third temperature zone use far infrared to preheat.

※    Three heater with 6 segment temperature up (down)+6 segment constant temperature control, can store large groups temperature curve;

※    Three temperature zone all have overtemperature protection.

※   After removal and welding with cooling fan to cool PCB board, ensure welding effect;

※   Top heater can move front and back, up and down, can be 360 degree rotary, easy to operate;

※   The second temperature zone can adjust up and down by PCB board’s shape and component height, prevent collision with component;

※   Equipped with a variety size of hot-air nozzle, or made according to special requirements; nozzle of top and bottom heater can be 360 degree rotary, easy to change;

※   PCB clamping with adjustable design to prevent collision with component;

※   PCB pallet high temperature resistance;

※   Hand vacuum pen to pick BGA, user-friendly.

※  Could upgrade to software control, testing temperature profile.
